Ordered 1000 business cards, read reviews after purchase and thought it would be bad, but the cards are very high quality, the corners are very sharp and the colour print is very nice, shipping took a bit of time as it was from Italy but it came before expected delivery date, will purchase more

really bad experience!!! never again. Two days after the expected delivery day, we phoned them as we had any news and our order hadn`t even started to print yet. No comunication at all.

As per the other review, they are a mess of a company. Do not use.

Never had a single problem with this company.. they get banners printed same day if files are uploaded by 9am.. here next day all the way from Italy.. Brilliant service..

shocking company, don't send your item according to timescales, called 4 times and was told it was being arranged (it was not clearly) and try to offer £40 as compensation for over £400 order. Avoid.

Offer is not what it seems - has lots of conditions that make it unlikely to be used. Customer service unapologetic. I have taken my business elsewhere.

Appalling customer service. Don't use.

We ordered 3 pixart pop up stands, it appears that the graphics are applied to the base material but they are not, they say we have bought 3 display units and 3 sets of graphics, to aplly these graphics is a nightmare and a two man job taking two people one whole day along with the loss of a long Bank Holiday Weekend, personaly i say these are sold not fit for purpose, graphics are a static type material that comes of easily, my company tends to buy these on a regular basis where the graphics are already applied but with self adhesive material, if a lets say Marketing lady turns up to her stand and on her own she / he would be in big trouble!! cheapest is not always best and in this case money has been pretty much wasted, then theres service, delivery time etc the list is never ending BE WARNED

Shocking customer service.

Website offers 25% welcome discount. I went through process of creating account, creating the art, finalised the order and turns out the offer doesn't work for orders over a certain value! This wasn't clear. Spoke to customer service who were very dismissing and just happily cancelled the order!

Avoid. Based in Italy so delivery took a long time, still haven't received the second half of my order. Took ages to get my order placed as issues on the website meant I couldn't upload it so I had to speak to someone there to get the artwork uploaded for me, and then there was still issues.

The classic business cards I ordered are awful quality, the thinnest 300gsm I've ever felt.

I never go online to write reviews but I was so appalled by how bad this company is that I had to warn other people NOT TO USE THIS COMPANY. Appalling customer service where you are being interrupted as you're calmly trying to explain why you're calling, and then no apology whatsoever despite acknowledging the problem. Refusing to give refund. Let alone that I will not receive the product I paid for in the time frame when I have any use for the product. If you want to actually receive your promo materials when you need them, avoid this company at all cost!

Delivery was very slow
Took around 2 weeks as came from Italy and got pulled by customs but definitely worth the wait. I paid less than £30 for 2 vinyl banners 1.5m x 1m amd they are absolutely fab. Printing on them is great. As long as you factor in the slow delivery then you won't be disappointed as much cheaper than others

I have never dealt with a very poor company as PixartPrinting. Nice website, nice prices. But absolutely bad service. Ordered 4 items two came weeks after and the other two, they decided to cancel the order due to 4cm height of the banner they couldn't do. I said fine no problems, just do it 4cm smaller. Days later they said they couldn't do it and cancelled the order. They said re-order the items again and it will be fine. It was £60 more!! It has taken weeks to get a refund. Avoid this company at all costs

Was sceptical seeing reviews and the cheap prices - £25 for completely bespoke 4mx0.6 wall sticker but could not be more impressed. Ease of use for design, tracking and communication through delivery, and quality of final product were all second to none. Would (and will) gladly order again!

I have called their customer service team over 10 times now regarding an order that I was supposed to receive 12 days ago. They get you to do all the work to sort out the issue. Do not use the design software on the website as this seems to cause issues. Constant “tech errors” that seem impossible for the team to solve. It really shouldn’t be this difficult of an error to solve. I am very glad I ordered samples before my planned order of 5000 boxes as I would have gone through a lot of stress. I have found a UK based company instead. Disappointed with the customer service but I hope they make some positive changes. P.s, the customer service team will not call you back when they say they will. Had a member say that to me every time and not one call back. Only managed to receive email responses which were useless. All my past experiences have been okay and their products have been good with a wide range of choice, however customer service just really isn’t there and it really is a let-down.

UPDATE: issue was never sorted in the end and I have had to cancel my order. Wasted a lot of my time and not one sign of care shown from the admin team. It is a shame as this was a matter which should have taken less than a day to sort out.
